DIAGNOSTIC WAITLIST

Due to high demand, all diagnostic services are managed strictly through a waitlist system. Completion of this form is required to place a job on the waitlist. Submission of multiple forms will not result in priority placement or advancement in the queue.

Diagnostic work varies significantly in scope and complexity. As such, no guarantee or estimate can be provided regarding the timeframe for a job to be called in, the duration of diagnostic work once commenced, or the final cost. Where possible, an indicative cost may be provided; however, this is not guaranteed and is not binding.

When a position in the waitlist becomes available, the customer will be contacted to arrange booking. All diagnostic work is undertaken on a best-endeavours basis only.

Customers are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable and respectful manner at all times. Riding Rubber reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove a customer from the waitlist or immediately cancel a diagnostic job if the customer engages in unreasonable, abusive, or disruptive behaviour. In such cases, the motorcycle must be collected in its current condition and all labour, parts, storage, and associated charges incurred to that point must be paid in full prior to release.

Submission of this form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms are final and non-negotiable.
